| When viewing the artist's page or gallery, you should see a Send Feedback link. Simply follow this link to submit your feedback (as an option, you can rate artists on a scale between 1 and 10 as well). | |

| Becoming a member is free and requires no credit cards or cash. Simply sign up here. | |

| How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter? |

| To subscribe, just send an email to news@altartli.com with SUBSCRIBE as the subject line to sign up. You can also opt to subscribe when you join or through member preferences. To unsubscribe via email, specify UNSUBSCRIBE instead as the subject line. | |

| How can I post to the message boards? |

| You have to be a member to post to the message boards (if not already a member, you can join here), as well as logged in. Once logged in, while in a particular message board, click the New Thread link to start a new thread or Add Post/Reply links to reply to an already existing thread. | |

| How do I change my member portrait? |
|
| You can change your portrait through member preferences. If you want a custom image, simply email a square image 50 pixels wide and 50 pixels high to users@altartli.com with PORTRAIT as the subject line (don't forget to include your username in the email). Once it's up on the site, you'll see it as an option instead of (Custom). | |

| Why do I have problems viewing the site sometimes? |

| Due to the instability of some services offered by our web hosting company, certain services fail and have to restart—during this time, you may see what appears to be blank, white pages or pages full of gibberish (e.g., _%=%20aali.paths.getAnchorMapJsFile()%20%_ etc.). We're aware of the problem, and are currently attempting to resolve the issue. | |
